I looked at several promising ways to make the TOC an expandable/collapsible list at the head of the page:
* In Word: Using header levels; this doesn’t translate into a webpage!
* Word à PDF first: not even in Acrobat does it work
* Several plugins in WordPress
* One (Collapsible…? ) was way too tedious to use
* Show/Hide looks promising, though there’s a real learning curve
Quick way (which might get replaced):
Put in this page, each item linked to the proper place in the home page or to an appendix or sidebar
Let it pop up in a new window….or, simply use Show/Hide to let the whole thing come up or disappear!
